ABOUT ME
I am Morgan Alexis
I am Morgan Alexis, a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend, first generation Jamaican-American born, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Content Creator and Guide helping BIPOC (Black, indigenous, and people of color) return home to themselves.
In 2014, a Sophomore in college I began my own journey on the campus of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, FL. As a student in the course of African/Black Psychology, I was charged with the task to “know thyself” and was required to face the truth of what it meant to be black and a woman. Angry and frustrated my lens of the world and myself was shifted. 6 years later, after graduating with my Masters in Community Psychology, I transformed that anger into my power, using my capacity to lead others on their own journey back home.
Throughout my own healing work and as a former behavioral therapist, I began to notice the limitations within the mental health field. Now having spent the past 5 years within the mental wellness field, I was called to create my own wellness programs and offerings. I believe it is only through integrative healing modalities, using a holistic approach to wellness is it when we can begin this journey back to self.
With a focus on primary and secondary foods, my passion is for BIPOC to remember and return to their true nature, their "I am". I strongly believe this work done on a cellular level through multidimensional and integrative modalities is when we can operate with full vitality. Those who are looking for a major life transformation in order to a live a life in harmony within themselves, I invite you to return and remember your "I am" with me.
